Cancellations You can cancel any order my email before it is shipped. Notification
must be received before shipping. Please include your name
description of items and confirmation number. Also indicate if you
want to cancel the whole order or a part of it. If cancellation is
received before shipping a full refund for the canceled items will
be given.
Returns
You may return items
within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Notify us in advance
by email. Items must be undamaged and be resaleable. CD's
must not be opened.
Damaged
items
You may return for
a replacement or a refund at our discretion.For
insured items you must file a claim with the mail carrier. Notify
